There are weddings that feel like pure joy—and then there’s Kim and Brendan’s wedding, which overflowed with it. From custom invitations to three stunning gowns, this day was bursting with personality, love, and unforgettable details. As we celebrate their 3rd anniversary, we’re reflecting back on the magic of June 25, 2022.
Originally planned for June 19, 2021, Kim and Brendan had to reschedule due to the uncertainties of the pandemic. But they didn’t let that dull their sparkle. In fact, they found a way to turn a planning hiccup into something golden—literally. We decided to repurpose their original Save the Dates (that had already been printed and were waiting to be mailed) by gold foil stamping the new date on top. The result? A chic, cheeky nod to COVID-era wedding planning that guests loved and remembered.
Kim, a dedicated kindergarten teacher, knew her big day wouldn’t feel complete without her students—so we created a special ceremony invitation just for her class. Their presence at the wedding (waving ribbon wands with big smiles!) was one of the most touching parts of the day.
The rest of the invitation suite was equally custom and charming. A custom watercolor illustration of their sweet dog Remy paired perfectly with a monogrammed crest inspired by their wedding florals. All of this together, coupled with a bold hot pink and mint color palette, set the tone for a day that was both elevated and playful.
Kim’s bridal style was nothing short of iconic. Her ceremony gown was a romantic floral-appliqué number with a cathedral veil that flowed down the church steps. For the reception, she changed into a chic lace gown perfect for dancing. And to close the night? A bold, hot pink feathered mini that perfectly matched her infectious energy and their custom Veuve Clicquot bottle. Every outfit change was a celebration in itself.
There were so many stand-out moments from the day:
Kim and Brendan’s wedding was a true celebration of their love story—resilient, vibrant, and full of heart. From the smallest stationery detail to the big joyful energy they brought to every photo, they made their wedding entirely their own. And we were honored to be part of it.
Cheers to three years, Kim + Brendan! Here’s to love that lasts, style that stuns, and laughter that never fades.
