This will include recommended pieces—such as Save the Dates, formal invitations, RSVP cards, day-of signage, and more—along with pricing, printing techniques, and a proposed timeline. Once you review the proposal, we're available to answer any questions, make adjustments, and ensure everything feels just right before moving forward.

Booking & Project Kick-Off

When you’re ready to say “I do” to Faye Street Stationery Studio, you’ll sign our contract and submit a 50% deposit to secure your spot on our design calendar. We’ll then send over an inspiration board to refine the direction of your stationery designs. This step ensures we have a clear roadmap before we dive into creation. We’ll also finalize a project timeline, giving you a clear picture of when to expect drafts, proofs, and delivery of your finished suite.

Concept Development & Mood Boards

With the groundwork laid, we’ll begin exploring creative concepts tailored to your wedding’s story. Expect curated mood boards, color palettes, font selections, and material suggestions that capture the essence of your vision—whether it’s a garden-inspired affair, a modern minimalist soirée, or a timeless black-tie event. During this phase, we’ll collaborate closely, encouraging you to share thoughts, feedback, and additional inspiration. Our goal is to ensure the designs feel authentically “you” before we move on to final artwork.

Design Creation & Proofing

Next, we transform these concepts into polished design proofs. You’ll receive initial mock-ups of your stationery suite—complete with layout, custom artwork or illustrations, and any special accents we discussed. From there, we’ll refine and adjust, making sure every detail is perfect. Your suite includes two rounds of design revisions, so you can feel confident that the final product will match your dreams. Communication is key—we welcome your input during this stage, ensuring you’re fully tin love with the outcome.

Production & Finishing Touches

Once you give the final “okay,” we’ll move into printing and production. We partner with trusted, high-quality printing studios to ensure exceptional craftsmanship, rich colors, and flawless finishes. If you’ve chosen luxury enhancements—like letterpress, foil, or embossing—this is where the magic truly comes to life. After printing, we’ll assemble your suite if requested, adding ribbons, wax seals, and other special touches. If mailing services are part of your package, we’ll handle addressing, postage, and sending your invitations out with care.

Delivery & Celebration

When everything is complete, your stationery will be carefully packaged and shipped to your doorstep—or mailed directly to your guests if that’s the route you’ve chosen. And if you choose to book with us, the price of the sample pack is taken off of your final estimate.

Can You Ship Internationally?
